How do I enroll?

1. Check the Class Schedule

2. Fill out, Print, & Email the "Application & Liability" form

3. Fill out, Print, & Email the "Fall Class Enrollment" Form

Both forms require at least Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.1 or higher

If you are having trouble emailing the file, you can save the file and attach it to a seperate email. Please send it to jetsgym@jetsgymnastics.com or you can print the forms and hand them in to the front desk.

It is recommended that you email & print the form for your records.
